Salma Hayek is a Mexican actress, director, and television and film producer. Hayek has appeared in more than 30 films and performed as an actress outside of Hollywood in Mexico and Spain.
On Friday night it was Salma Hayek and some of the Hollywood A-Listers with her in Venice as she prepares to wed billionaire Francois-Henri Pinault for a second time. Pinault is the father of Hayek's 1-year-old daughter, Valentina.
The guest list is top drawer: Olivier Martinez, Antonio Banderas, Charlize Theron and her boyfriend Stuart Townsend and even Hayek's ex Edward Norton.
At a masked ball rehearsal dinner Friday night, French president Jacques Chirac and wife Bernadette were invited, along with Hayek's pals, Penelope Cruz and Ashley Judd. All the guests wore black Venetian masks. Valentina was there, too.
Hayek and Pinault - who quietly wed at City Hill in Paris on Valentine's Day - will exchange vows again Saturday at the Palazzo Grassi, a historic white-marble palace owned by the Pinault family and the site where Hayek and Pinault first met in 2006.
