Time Magazine's Most Influential Person: Vote to Britney Spears

Britney Jean Spears  (commonly known as Britney Spears) is an American singer, dancer, and actress."Time magazine has an open poll for people to vote for the most influential 'leaders, artists, entrepreneurs and thinkers' in 2009, and our girl Britney Spears is on the list."

The 2009 Time Magazine list includes the usual suspects like Nancy Pelosi, Ron Paul, Robert Murdoch, Barack Obama and Steve Jobs, but it also includes some offbeat selections like the Jonas Brothers and Zac Efron.

It's not outside the realm of possibility that Britney Spears may place high on the list, but she needs the help of her friends and fans. Go the Time Web site and vote for your favorite train wreck.

Granted the pop diva isn't a thinker, an entrepreneur or an artist, but she is an influential role model for young girls, mental patients and trailer park citizens.

According to the Time Web site this is what Britney has going for her:

"PRO: Her on-again, off-again affair with lucidity appears to be on the upswing, allowing her to tour for the first time in five years and to film a wobbly yet charming turn on How I Met Your Mother."

Britney's latest album is a success and her Circus tour is a smash -- the pop tart is living large at the moment. Placing high on Time's celebrated list would be icing on the cake.

Britney is encouraging her fans to vote for her, don't let her down or she might lose her touch with reality.
