Parton tells the publication she credits her career to her best friend Ogle and husband Carl Dean. Parton met Ogle as a child, and Dean she met outside a laundromat in Nashville in 1964 and has been married to for 43 years.
She calls Ogle and Dean are “special rare gifts.”
“They knew me before I became a star. They still see me as me.”
And about those rumors between her and Ogle? Parton says:
“We’re absolutely, totally honest, open, and comfortable with each other. We’ve been accused of being lovers. We do love each other, but we’ve never been like that.”
Today Ogle travels with Parton since Dean is now retired.
It is such a shame that someone can't have a wonderful friend without being assused of something that is not morally correct. Seems today no one can respect the love of true friendship. Throwing stones is just "too much fun" for so many people.

I am so sorry to see that so many stars (and others too!) have to put up with such accusations just because we are lucky enough to find a great friend.
Our world is filled with people just dying to tear down others. Friendship and love does not have to mean sex.
